Bananahat was one of the first projects during my BA in Weimar. It is the result of a two-week project for food design solutions and was developed in collaboration with Florian Henschel.
The concept is quite simple:
A rubber hat that minimizes the bananas' ethylene emission, leading to a longer lasting fresh.
